In order to place an order at Woolrich Store you need to be 18 years or older. All orders will be traced and if criminal activity is suspected the purchase will be revoked and handed over to the police.
For deliveries within Sweden we ship the products at no extra cost for you as a customer. For your convenience the delivery is done with UPS and will be sent to nearest servicepoint within 1-3 working days. After your order you get an order confirmation sent to your email with approximated delivery time.
As an alternative it is possible to choose Express Delivery to an additional cost. Then you parcel is delivered to you door the next day. Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the courier’s usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
When paying through invoice the delivery address must be your home address, in order to minimize the risk of fraud.

International orders are shipped with UPS and delivered within 2-4 days. Standard shipping is on a flat rate of 19 euro. If you want a faster delivery you can choose express delivery and receive the products next coming weekday. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
All international orders require a signature at delivery. We cannot control orders when items are shipped and delivery times are given as guidelines only and may not take into account possible delays caused by customs or payment authorization processing. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

If your country is part of the European Union, VAT of 25% is included in the price seen on Woolrich Store. All deliveries within EU are sent as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that taxes and fees are included in the price seen at the checkout.

At Woolrich Store we provide you with a 14-day exchange or refund policy, in accordance to the distance selling law. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Exchange or refund will be denied if the product appears to have been used. The return policy does not apply to swimwear, lingerie and custom made products.
Before returning a product it is very important that you inform our customer service through email@example.com. When returning a product, please use the shipment alternative “Kundretur” at Posten or equivalent alternatives at other shipping companies.

After the product is returned to Woolrich Store and its condition is accepted, the payment is refunded within 5 working days. The whole order value is refunded inclusive costs for shipment, tax and fees. Refunding is done through the same method of payment as was used when ordering.
At Woolrich Store we want you to be able to use your preferred payment method. Through Klarna Checkout we offer you: Online payment by VISA or Mastercard: At payment you will have to specify your card number, month of validity and CVC-code. Klarna invoice (faktura): Pay when you have received you products. The invoice will be sent through email. In order to be able to pay through Klarna Invoice you need to be a registered on a Swedish address. Klarna account (konto): Pay your invoice in your own pace, with Klarna account you can decide yourself how much you want to pay per month.
There is no cost for you as a customer to use Klarna Checkout. Potential taxes and fees may apply on your chosen payment method in accordance with the terms for that payment method, e.g. there is an extra fee if you prefer to get your invoice sent to you on paper. Klarna may at any time add or remove payment methods among those that is offered in Klarna Checkout.
For payment through invoice, Klarna’s invoice, Klarna’s terms at the specific time apply; currently 14 days credit, 60 SEK in reminder fee and a penalty interest equal to 24% plus the reference interest determined by Riksbanken.
When you finalize a purchase through Klarna Checkout you as a customer enter into an agreement with Klarna, which among other things guarantees that you don’t have to pay if you don’t get your order. At the same time Klarna reimburse the store for your order and thereby assumes the right to get paid. Terms of invoice: Your invoice is sent to you by email. The payment should be done within 14 days from the invoice date. No additional invoice fee. The force majeure is a governmental authority that influence the market, such as indication of restrictions, health warnings, ban on sale, etc, abnormal decline in the market and for the Company designated for criminal activity that affect the business.
