For online payment, Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards are all accepted. Woolrichstore.se will immediately charge your credit card when the purchase is made. Confirmation of your payment will be sent to the provided email address.

Secure payments

When shopping at Woolrichstore.se, security of the consumer is very important to us. Therefore we choose to cooperate with DIBS regarding credit card payments. DIBS is certified by both Swedish and foreign banks and card companies. All information concerning your payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for transmission to DIBS. Your card details will not be recorded by the Woolrichstore.se.

International shipping

International orders are shipped with UPS/DHL.

Shipping is on a FLAT RATE of 19 euro.

Please note that the goods cannot be left to you without a signature and that the courier’s usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended!).

All international orders require a signature at delivery. We cannot control orders when items are shipped and delivery times are given as guidelines only and may not take into account possible delays caused by customs or payment authorization processing. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Return policy

At Woolrichstore.se we provide you with a 14-day exchange or refund policy, in accordance to the distance selling law. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Exchange or refund will be denied if the product appear to have been used. The return policy does not apply to swimwear, lingerie and custom made products.

Returns

Handling complaints regarding purchase

3) When we have received the goods and approved the claim, a reimbursement of your outlay for the product will be made into your account that you provided in the email.

Taxes and fees

European Union

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. All EU countries are sent to a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and fees are included in the price at checkout.

Norway

Orders from Sweden to Norway are subject to VAT 25% but no customs charge. For more information, you can visit http://www.toll.no.

Privacy Act

Your personal information is protected by the Swedish Data Protection Act. This law is based on EU directives of 1995 and intends to increase the protection of individuals' privacy with regard to the increased number of records and compilations that are stored electronically.

Under the Data Protection Act, we ask you to agree that we treat information about you. All personal information you provide to us or that we may take note of when you make a purchase or visit our web site will be considered by Woolrichstore.se as a data controller.

The information will only be used for the purpose of the purchase and will not be disclosed to any third party except in connection with your order processed. To this end, we also need to be able to transfer this information to our partners. Delivery address and terms of delivery information can only be accessed by our shipping partners and our suppliers. In practice, this means that this kind of information is outside our direct control. However, you have the option to inspect the personal information held about you and change or remove data that is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant.

Disclaimer

Until the full payment of an item is received, all products belong to the Woolrich Store Stockholm. If you are under 18 years old, parental guidance is required to act on the Woolrichstore.se. The advertised price includes VAT at 25 per cent.

All false orders received by us, will be tracked and in cases of suspected fraud the purchase will be cancelled and the incident reported to the police.

Woolrichstore.se reserves the final sale and cannot guarantee that all images accurately depict the actual products and colours. We also reserve the right to typographical errors on this website.

Force Majeure

Woolrichstore.se is exempt from penalty for failure to perform certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to liberating factor as described below and the fact prevent, hinder or delay performance. As the liberating factor must be considered including authority's action or omission, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, extend, or other types of natural disasters. The force majeure is a governmental authority that influence the market, such as indication of restrictions, health warnings, ban on sale, etc, abnormal decline in the market and for the Company designated for criminal activity that affect the business.

Invoicing

To all Swedish residents we offer PayByBill in cooperation with Gothia Financial Group AB. There is a 10 day payment period with an invoice surcharge of 29 SEK [including VAT]. To purchase by invoice you must be 18 years old or over, registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check. No duplicate of the credit check will be available for customers.

The invoice will be sent separate from the product. If there are any delays in payment, a reminder will be sent to you with a statutory fee of 50 SEK. We will also charge interest at 2% per month from the maturity date. The default invoice is then passed to debt collection with a statutory fee of 160 SEK.

Note that the invoice surcharge is not refundable in the event of return as this covers the costs for payment method.

Partial Payment

With PayByBill and Gothia Financial Group AB, we give you the ability to make monthly payments at your personal rate. You can easily end your instalment, by paying off the remaining amount at any time at no extra cost.

Clear and simple

When you shop for more than SEK 400, you will receive an invoice with the choice of partial payment. The first partial payment will be the "minimum amount to pay" as shown on the invoice. You will receive monthly slips regarding your payment; any further purchases made will be added to the amount owed.

If you choose to pay partial payments, a billing fee each month of SEK 25 will be added to your payment, along with an single application fee of SEK 95. The interest rate is currently 19.5 per cent.

Pay at your own pace

The minimum amount of payment each month is based on the outstanding balance and is shown clearly on the slip. The only time your minimum payment amount will increase is if you have purchased new items. Minimun payment per month:10%.

Shipping within Sweden

Woolrichstore.se intend to break the barrier between shopping online and shopping in an actual store and therefore we offer, together with Ryska Posten, home delivery for orders before 13:30 the same day in Stockholm's city and inner suburbs. We also provide free shipping on all orders in Sweden.

For all purchases outside of Stockholm, items are send by courier with UPS or DHL. If you choose shipment by courier, shipment is delivered next business day to most major cities in Sweden and Scandinavia.

For deliveries to northern Sweden, northern Finland, northern Norway and some places in southern Sweden you can expect delivery to be more than one day. For questions concerning delivery please contact our customer service. If you choose courier to transport your purchase, consider providing an alternate address. For example; work address, where you are from 09.00 - 17.00, as a signature must be provided by the recipient. When choosing invoice as the payment method (Sweden only), delivery can only be made to the home address provided to maximize safety and minimize the risk of fraud.

In order to make your purchase as easy as possible, a return shipping form can be sent to you on your request. This is only on orders within Sweden and comes with a surcharge. Enter this request at the checkout page in the space provided. When returning the item, paste the form on the package and call the courier company to pick it up. Please be aware that, this request is for orders in Sweden only.
